National Enforcement Agency The National Enforcement Agency (NEA) is a networking agency for the professional bail enforcement agent, certified by the National Institute of Bail Enforcement (NIBE). Agents of the NEA receive professional credentials that the law enforcement may want to see. It allows law enforcement to verify with a toll free phone call, the legitimate nature of the agent in question. The NEA also publishes a newsletter regarding current events, answers to technical questions, allows agents to operate on a national basis and more! Note: New application fees are now $240....
